Therapy from your couch, your car (not when driving though), or that one corner of your house (and yes bathrooms count) where no one else will bother you. Same therapy support, just fewer pants required.

Regular Therapy Session

For when you want to talk things out in a cozy room that isn’t your living room. We sit, we chat, we untangle the stuff that’s been messing with your peace.

    • People who feel regulated by structure and a dedicated space.

    • Anyone who finds it easier to open up in a calm, cozy environment.

    • Folks who like having the same physical grounding spot each week.

    • People with schedules that make commuting stressful.

    • Anyone preferring the flexibility of virtual.

    • Situations where privacy or transportation is a barrier.

Regular talk therapy while we create and regulate with art. Zero art skills needed. We use simple, hands-on art to help your nervous system chill out. Our senses help us to regulate, not to produce a masterpiece.

There are lots of ways to create art in session:

Some common ways people like to try is with paint-by-numbers, water colouring, and the typical markers and colouring pages.

Some not so common ways people can regular through art include embroidery, and card making (especially around the holidays or celebrations).

    • People who need something hands-on to regulate.

    • Anyone who processes through movement, sensation, or creativity.

    • Folks who feel stuck in their head and want to reconnect with their body.

    • Clients who enjoy low-pressure, playful approaches.

    • Anyone expecting “formal art therapy” (this isn’t that). This is about using art to regulate our bodies, not to produce a product.

    • People who prefer traditional talk therapy only.

    • Clients who feel overwhelmed by sensory input (bright colours, textures, etc.).

Create & Regulate Therapy Session (Food Edition)

50 min - $165

Regular talk therapy while we regulate with making food.

We make a 4 ingredient no bake dessert that you get to take home.

Ingredients include: chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut shavings.

Because engaging your senses (and yes, chocolate counts) is a surprisingly great way to regulate your nervous system.

    • People who regulate best through grounding, tactile activities (or are curious to find out if they are).

    • Clients who enjoy smells, textures, simple rituals, or rhythmic tasks.

    • Anyone wanting a playful way to reconnect with their body and senses.

    • Folks who like the idea of dessert as a calming activity.

    • Anyone with an eating disorder or food-related health concerns. Eg. Diabetes

    • People uncomfortable handling food in a therapeutic context.

    • Clients who may feel overstimulated by smell/taste-based activities.
